What is SyndicateRoom?

SyndicateRoom is a fund manager that harnesses data, diversification, and experienced investor networks to achieve optimal growth for its investors.

Our primary fund, Access EIS, was built on optimising growth by building large, diverse portfolios and facilitating access to the best startups through co-investment with experienced angel investors whose track record of success met our strict criteria.

From 2024, we have begun to add additional funds to our product offering to develop our principle of diversification further. Our most recent addition is managed in partnership with Founders Factory – the B2B SaaS Investment Programme SEIS Fund – which focuses on Enterprise SaaS companies at pre-seed stage (SEIS).

With the new funds we are adding to our offering, we enable investors to tap into new opportunities arising from the market and to focus their investment on these opportunities if they choose. Through this process, they develop diverse holdings across multiple sectors and stages and continuously develop their growth potential.

Authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) SyndicateRoom’s products have invested into over 250 startups across six funds and counting.

We have deployed over £77,000,000 into these startups with our members investing from as little as £1,000 up to our largest client who has invested £15,000,000.

A single investment into a startup or venture capital fund is inherently risky. Our data, and that of others, supports the building of a large diversified portfolio of startups targeting a minimum of 150 holdings. The Access EIS Fund

Access EIS is the most diversified EIS product currently available to UK investors. It builds portfolios of up to 50 companies for each individual investors, across sectors, and is evergreen. Every investment made via the Access EIS Fund is a co-investment with a member of our angel network, which includes more than 100 of the UK's most successful investors.

Powered by Founders Factory, managed by SyndicateRoom, our latest fund will be focused on pre-seed stage B2B SaaS companies that are SEIS eligible, investing in this 24/25 tax year. The fund will harness Founders Factory’s hands-on experience starting and scaling startups and its unique access to operational insights.
